Information shared within the coaching relationship is treated with care and confidentiality in accordance with the Coaching Agreement.

Coaching records and materials may be stored using secure digital systems used to operate my practice, including Paperbell and Google Drive.

Personally identifiable client information will not be entered into AI systems without your explicit consent.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at the time of purchase.

Payment processors collect and process the information necessary to complete your transaction. Dr. Caroline Dunham Coaching does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Scheduling and Online Sessions

Scheduling may be managed through Paperbell, Calendly, Google or another scheduling service identified when you book.

Online coaching sessions may take place through Google Meet or another mutually agreed platform.

These third-party services may process information necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Website and Cookies

This website is hosted through Squarespace.

Squarespace and services used in connection with this website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website functionality, security, performance and basic analytics.

Depending on the features enabled on the website, you may be given choices regarding non-essential cookies.

To operate my coaching practice, I may use trusted third-party service providers for functions such as:

  • website hosting

  • practice and client management

  • scheduling

  • payment processing

  • video conferencing

I do not sell your personal information.
